Shannon Jewelers offers the following services to their customers.

Repair Work
Repair work is completed on site in our own workshop. We have 6 Jewelers and can often do work while you wait (please call ahead). There is no job too big or too small and it is seldom that we cannot fix an item. Our motto is "if we can't fix it then it can't be fixed". Currently we also do the repair work for 15 other jewelry stores in the Houston area every day.

Custom Jewelry Design and Manufacture
Custom Jewelry Design and Manufacture is something we are known for and specialize in. With our staff of 6 jewelers, we are very well equipped to handle any kind of custom work. Each jeweler focuses on different aspects of manufacture, like stone setting, casting, carving, polishing, etc., which helps us give you that perfectly finished piece of jewelry. Our talented sales staff will be able to help you understand the process and design the piece of your dreams. Currently we also do the custom work for 15 other jewelry stores in the Houston area.

Watch Repair
Shannon's has two watch repairmen on staff. We can service the majority of brands including Rolex, Baume and Mercier, Raymond Weil, Fendi, Omega, and many more. Our work generally comes with a one year warranty on parts supplied and the work. Estimates are free and no work is completed until the estimate is approved. Due to the lack of space at the store, one watchmaker is in the store and one is at a secure location nearby.

Appraisals
Appraisals can be done by appointment or over a period of a few days. On staff Shannon's has one Graduate Gemologist and two GIA Diamond Graduates.

We charge $75 for the first piece and $55 for each additional piece. If by appointment it is $95 for the first piece and $75 for each additional piece.

Some customers are not sure of what they have, and should this be the case, we will be happy to give a verbal appraisal so you can decide if you want a full written appraisal.

Loose Diamonds
Round Brilliant Cuts, Marquise Cuts, Pear Shapes, Princess Cuts, Spring Cuts, Emerald Cuts, Radiants and other Fancy Cuts available.

We have a very large selection of loose diamonds in stock, including GIA and EGL certified diamonds. When you come to the store our staff, which includes one Graduate Gemologist and two GIA Diamond Graduates, will be able to explain the Clarity, Cut and Color grading scales so you can make an informed decision. Our prices are competitive with the internet and all area stores. It is our goal to sell you a diamond that is not only beautiful, but a very good value for money. Insurance Replacement
Shannon Jewelers is listed with State Farm, Travelers Insurance and Insurers World as a recommended jeweler. We can help with claims from any company and make the process easier for you. We will contact the insurance company directly, fax all relevant papers, and do what we can to make sure you have a beautiful replacement as soon as possible.
